Opinie o Park for you (Parking Lot Okecie)

If you don’t speak polish, you have a big problem. No one could understand English.

We booked the car park and arrived on the day of travel. There were lots of people arriving at the same time so it took a while to check the car in. Once it was checked in it then took a while again to be transferred to the airport. The main issue we had was when we returned. As we left the airport we called the number provided to advise we were waiting. By this time there were also around 40 other people waiting outside the airport for the transfer to collect their car from this car park. They sent 3 vehicles which seated 6/8 per trip. The trip was around 25 mins to the airport and back to the car park so the wait time to get back was around 40 mins. We had a small child and there was zero organisation just run to the van and if you make it you can go get your car… it reminded me of feeding time at the zoo. Such disorganisation. We used a different parking agent when we flew from Modlin and they provided such a personal service, I don’t think we would use this company again.

Good service but a little bit more English language will be appreciated !!

Not all the drivers of the transfer are ok.

Nobody speaks English, very hard to communicate!

Transfer to airport: 8 persons (full car), 3 passangers without mask, 1 of them all time cough. On way back driver didn’t wear mask.

Bardzo dobrze. Po odstawieniu aua kierowca natychmiast odwiózł na lotnisko. Po powrocie przyjechał w ciągu 10 minut. Szybko i sprawnie

No problem , only driver did not spoken english
